Deadline, notification and registration

In order to have their articles published, authors must be registered and have paid their conference fees (see fees on registration page) at the time of receipt of corrected abstracts.

  • 18 April, 2008: deadline for receipt of abstracts. Authors and presenters will be notified by e-mail by 21 April, 2008.
  • 30 April, 2008: deadline for registration as speaker -- registration fees need to be paid in order to be included in the programme.
  • 1 June, 2008: deadline for receipt of corrected abstracts and papers (including case-studies and work-in-progress). These will be made available to conference participants.

IMPORTANT: Should presenters require an invitation letter in order to arrange funding please notify the Conference Secretariat and this will be forwarded immediately either by e-mail or fax.


 

All abstracts are to be submitted using our conference management service.
Please note that this facility will be available from Monday 18 February
